Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy on Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital services—including but not limited to SEO, SEM / Google Ads, Social Media Management, Lead Generation, Branding, Website Development, Graphic Designing, Video Editing, Content Creation, and Campaign Management—all payments made through our online payment gateway are final and non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered partially or fully.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally made a duplicate payment due to a technical error.
• Service Not Initiated: If payment has been made but the service has not been started and no work has been initiated within 7 working days from the payment date.
• Service Unavailability: If payment was made for a service that is no longer available or has been discontinued by Trezvio Digital Services.

📌 In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with complete payment details.

3. Cancellation Requests

Any request to cancel a service must be submitted in writing to our support team at:

Cancellation requests will only be accepted if the work has not yet started. Once a campaign or service has been initiated, no cancellation or refund will be processed.

4. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that Trezvio Digital Services will not be responsible for delays caused by:

• Payment gateways
• Banks
• Other third-party services involved in the transaction process
